🧪 TMPFS TEST: Memory-based temporary storage 

Agent configuration:
✅ tmpfs /tmp (1GB, noexec, nosuid)
✅ tmpfs /var/tmp (500MB, noexec, nosuid)
✅ Persistent artifacts volume only
✅ Eliminates storage overlay issues

Testing if this resolves container init problems
